Thanks to Kristi Snyder and her staff, my house sold this week for the listing price. 

"...I am a 73 year old man living in NJ who recently lost his wife and needed to sell our Pinehurst vacation house, and if possible do it while I stayed in NJ because of the Pandemic restrictions.  I asked my local property insurance rep if she could recommend a local realtor.  Everything Pines was first on her list even though she bought her house through another realtor.  She emphasized Kristi’s reputation for getting the job done and knowing how to work with people.

Kristi coached me on pricing the house properly and helping me make a successful counteroffer the first day it was on the active market.  She continued to help me in many ways and even arranged for local contractors to make some minor repairs to satisfy the buyers.  My only regret is that I will never meet her, but it is one of the best and most important decisions I ever made.  I am certain she can do the same for you."
