David Shepherd

David was raised in the Midwest. He grew up in Wisconsin and spent many years in Ohio before moving to Pinehurst in 2016.

He obtained his real estate license that same year.  Although David has only lived full time in the area for seven years, he is very familiar with Pinehurst because his parents were residents since the 1980’s.  He has seen many changes in Pinehurst and the accelerated growth of the past few years.

When David isn’t involved with real estate, you can find him performing ranger duties on the famous Course Two, home of the 124^th US Open. David’s previous professional career involved 20+ years in sales of consumer goods. He has a strong background in customer satisfaction and keeping customers happy even under difficult situations.  David spends his free time playing golf or traveling with his girlfriend, Katharine, and their dog, Maisey.
